Re: Copyright out of alignment in IE

You might try changing this in your styleheet:

#siteinfoLegal {
margin: 0 0 0 0;
padding: 0 0 0 0;
font-size: 0.9em;
}

To this:

#siteinfoLegal {
margin: 0 0 0 0;
padding: 0 0 0 0;
font-size: 0.9em;
text-align: center;
}

Re: Copyright out of alignment in IE

Looks fine now in IE8. I guess you fixed it?

OOPS. Ignore that, I was checking your landing page.

Re: Copyright out of alignment in IE

You could try adding text-align: center; to #footerWrapper.

Re: Copyright out of alignment in IE

Another thing you might try is adding this to the bottom of your stylesheet:

.legalCopyright {text-align: center;}

That class is not currently defined in the stylesheet.

Re: Copyright out of alignment in IE

When I go to your home page and look at the source I see that one of the stylesheets being called is an IE-specific one. Do you know for certain how it is interacting with the styles in your normal stylesheet?

Also, there are two errors in the code which can cause problems. You have a meta tag inside a div, which isn't allowed and may be throwing the browser off. And there is a missing closing div tag down at the bottom, and interestingly it's the closing tag for the copyrightbox div. Try fixing that and seeing if IE gets the style right.

Thanks Rob, I am not sure about the IE stylesheet. Where can I change the 2 div errors?

I don't know. The second div error is down at the "copyrightBox" div which is not the usual name for that div in a stock Zen Cart install, so it must be a change you made or a mod you added. That's where to look. And the first error is similar; it's part of some customization you did (or someone else did for you.)
