Broken links to shopping cart nd IPN on admin

Hi, I have set up my store at https://www.carboncages.com and taken my first payment as a test and everything worked ok. However, I wanted to change my paypal address to something more akin to a proper store address i.e. [email protected] so I added this in paypal adn amended on the admin site. I also changed 'best way' to read 'Royal Mail 1st Class' since then I have lost all my links to the shopping cart on the website.

I've changed all this back but it is still a problem.

Also when I click on admin, customers, Paypal IPN it returns a website cannot be found 404 error.

Could someone help me identify the problem and how to fix it, it really is driving me mad!!

Any help greatly appreciated, cheers Ben:ohmy:

Re: Broken links to shopping cart nd IPN on admin

Hi thanks for your reply, it has proved very helpful. I used Filezilla to have a look at the debugging files as you suggested and found this:

[03-Feb-2012 21:06:06] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/benbar23/carboncages.com/includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php on line 13

So it basically showed me where the problem was. I think that the problem was that I had to much text in the free field, so I shortened it and it now all works properly aagain. What a relief! Thanks very much for your help.

The Paypal IPN on the admin still doesn't work though....??
