"Sold Out" -- how to add text below button?

When a product is sold out, it displays the "Sold Out" button, which is good, but I want to also add the text "email for update" with an email link so that people can get notified when the item is back in stock. How can I do this?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I would also like to add a link under the sold out button that says "Click for pricing and availability" and takes them to the contact us page.
