Editing metatags

Hi there,

I desperately need some help/advice. I want to change some of the meta tags on my site. Below is the source code of the front page of my site. I want to edit the line <meta name="description" content= and subsequent lines.

Please advise me as to how to do this.

Thanks,

Linda
