Change customers billing address.

I'm running v 1.3.9
How can i change the customers billing address in their account. From admin i can only see how to change the shipping address when i go to a customers account. The billing address is not visible.
I don't have the "log in as customer' adon installed at the moment.

where is the data base for this info?

Are you talking about an address on an existing order, in the order-details screen?
Or about the address shown on the customer's customer-details screen?

There's no built-in facility for changing the details of an existing order, including the address details.
And the address details inside an existing order are completely independent of any addresses in the customer's customer-details screen.

On the customer-details screen, that's neither the "shipping" nor "billing" address. It's the customer's primary address, as in the one the customer has selected to be their primary address out of all their own address-book records.

From what you've said it looks like i'm only able to view the primary address. The customer emailed us to say she made a mistake with her billing address and asked us to correct it. But the primary address is ok and I couldn't access the other addresses in her account.
I'm not wanting to change the order. If there is an easy enough way I'll do it otherwise I'll ask the customer to do it.

For YOU to do it, you'll need to be proficient with phpMyAdmin and do raw edits in the database. WE NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE DO THAT!!!!

The very simplest way is to simply direct the customer to fix it herself: My Account->View or Change Entries In My Address Book

OK I'll just get the customer to do it.
