On my create an account form there are only two titles Mr or Ms. How can I add Mrs, Dr or a text field for other to the registration form???

There is not built-in facility for more than the 2 titles at this time. Best suggestion would be to turn off the salutation from your Zen Cart Admin.

Will turning of salutations also remove the question about the gender of the individual? Is there a way to add a third option (perhaps "N/A" or "choose not to provide")?
