Cannot re-enable Define Page 2 etc

Cannot re-enable Define Page 2 etc

Currently Define Page 2 is 3 in Define pages status.
The link is not showing in the Information box.
If I set status to 1, it still is not showing.

I can hide and show Contact Us, but not Page 2.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, when I'll finally show Page 2, how can I rename it to something I want?

My install: was Vanilla 1.3.9h, now 1.5.5b, Apache 2.4, PHP 7.0.6, MySQL 5.5.8 64b, Windows 7 64b, 8GB RAM, i3 3.3gHz
Modules: [Payment=Paypal] [Shipping=Canada Post 1.5.3 merged] [nonCAPTCHA]

Define page 2 doesn't display in the Information sidebox, but rather in the More Information box.

Now that I got the Page 2 in the More information box, I would like to rename it - how can I do that?

The titles have changed, but it's still showing as Page 2 in More Information box.
