How to edit header text/images, also edit pages?

Hi

I am a complete novice and my shop has the basic classic contemporary green.

How do you edit the "sales message goes here," and also the Zen Cart logo image

Also how do you edit/add custom pages?

Look through the Tutorials/FAQ section (link above) for the first two questions. You'll need to be more specific for the third.
