Adding fade slideshow to header

If you look here:
pcselect.co.za

You will notice that at the bottom of my header there are a list of brands. I want to be able to create a fade in/out slideshow that slides through all the brands on my site (I will create the images, and the they would continuously fade in and out)

So the actual header (where it says PCselect, etc) will be separate from the fade slideshow of the brands (if I am correct).

How can I achieve this?

There are a lot of posts on how to add faders and sliders.

We use a commercially available option for the effect achieved here
