Nochex not returning customers address

I've never had nochex return the customers address once they have made an order. I get the details from the order - what they buy and the totals but not the name, address or email.

Is this the norm?

also the status of the order never changes from pending to processing like it has been set up to do so.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the Nochex module for your version of Zen Cart? The most recent download can be found here: http://esupport.nochex.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=20&pcid=17&nav=0,14,17

There is a guide included within the download that can help you to successfully install the new Nochex Module. After this update, orders will be updated and customer information will be displayed.
