Can I let only certain customers into certain categories?

Can I let only certain customers into certain categories?

I was wondering if it is possible to let specific customers into specific categories...eg, a VIP area if you like where they can access items that regular customers cant?

Any ideas appreciated :)

Would probably need further tuning to meet your specific needs.
