Easy Populate says succesful but does not appear in shop

Hi There, I am fairly new to Zen-Cart.
I have been uploading to our website for the last few months but today the upload does not seem to work?? nothing has changed and I have not performed any upgrades.

I am importing a .csv file via Easy Populate as I have always done, I get the report saying that it has been successful (I have attached a screen shot)

When I go into the public shop area the new records do not show, I have tried re-importing and again update successful but still nothing.
I can attach the file I am importing if that helps?

Hi, I also have this problem and it's not resolved yet,

my server's php setting which is PHP5,
ZenCart Ver 1.3.9

The uploading result does not contain error, also the number of products is correct if checked in the Catagories/Products Tab. (eg.It shows 25 items in Catagories/Products Section, but only 4 when viewing the store.)

I have been using ZenCart in 2011 and have not had this problem then, is it a Version Upgrade related problem?

I have found some suggestion about this problem but haven't finish back-up to try any:

add a couple lines to your sites .htaccess file
AddHandler x-httpd-php5 .php
AddHandler x-httpd-php .php4

Upgrade to ZenCart1.5 and test everything.

I'm hoping to find an easier solution as I am not handy at all versus coding:(
