ERROR: The following From address failed: XXXX

All of a sudden I can't send email through Zen cart. I get this message - ERROR: Failed sending email to: "XXXX" with subject: "XXXXX" The following From address failed:XXXXX - where the from address is the same one I've been using with Zen cart for the past year.
This started right after I sent a mass email to my customers and several replied that they received multiple identical emails.

Your hosting company has probably rejected it by throttling mass email activity. Talk to your hosting company about why their server is rejecting your outgoing emails. And discuss with them their preferences on your mass-mailing behavior, including the number of mass emails you send and how often.
