Cost Per Letter Not Calculating Correctly!

Hello,

I'm still using v1.3.9 and I noticed that when I have been getting orders where people can add text, which is $3 per letter, the shopping cart is just charging $3, no matter how many letters the customer adds.

How can I fix this as it has already cost me some of my profits.

Thanks

Re: Cost Per Letter Not Calculating Correctly!

Thanks for the reply Ajeh..... I found it but I don't know how I forgot it was there.. I checked it and it's adding the letters as it should now. I'll remember this the next time.

Thanks

You are most welcome ... thanks for the update that the calculation of the Text by letter charge is working for you now ...

When I checked my other products, I see I had been doing it correctly the first time, but somehow I forgot to add the "Per Letter" cost to products in a few categories.

After I updated one of the products in that category, I copied it to the rest of the products in that same category.

Done Deal!!

Thanks for that reminder and wake up call.
