Various shipping conditions

Hi all, it's my first time i use Zen Card .. the shop software is great good work!

But i have a question about the shipping:

Only for Information: the shop sells chocolate products from austria

• zen cart 1.5.0
• no extra modules installed
• php 5.3.3 and Apache

1st: we have priority and non-priority shipping

• in the summer month it's only possible to choose priority shipping

2nd: We have different Zones:
eg:
I - Austria
II a) - Germany
b) - rest of the EU
c) - european lands like Swiss
d) USA, Canada

3rd: We also have different packages:

eg for Austria:

• package 1 - for products with a maximum length of 50 cm - € 6,20
• package 2 - for products with a maximum format of 50*80 cm and a Maximum weight of 4 kg

etc.

so my question is how can i realiz such shipping methodes for my webshop?

Can someone give me any tips?
