FedEx Webservices module bug

Just encountered this:
Customer wants shipping to Canada. International Ground is not enabled, yet the module still quoted Ground service (way under quoted)
Tried enabling International Ground service, same quote.

In addition, the automatic envelope rate for <0.5 lbs is no longer an option. Customers are getting way over quoted on shipping charges.
