Why don't my uploaded templates show in the admin?

I have a stupid question, I have downloaded, then uploaded themes to the themes folder in my zencart/includes folder, but they do not show up in the template area of the admin, did I do something wrong?

I assume you meant the /templates/ folder (zencart doesn't have a 'themes' folder).

Apparently yes.

Check your file permissions.
Check that the files did indeed end up in the correct folders.
Take a look at any README or INSTALL instructions that came with the 'theme' to see if they require anything special.

These are just some of the possible causes of problems.

You need to upload the entire includes folder that comes with the template in to the root of your store, not just the template folder itself.
