Time Zone Offset not working

HI there

In three years my time zone offset has never worked and it is getting a little annoying now.

In Config > Store, I have the offset set to +16 but the time is still the server time and has never worked no matter what number I enter in there.

Sounds like you are using an add on ... check the two in the Free Software Add Ons and see if either works better for you ... search under:
Time Zone
