editing the title of left box

Hello,

I am the new administrator of the shop. We are a very small association that sells books. The former director left the association without leaving much instructions. I am taking over but without really any training. I have just some basic understanding of html.

My problem is that i have seen some spelling mistakes in the titles of boxes on the left.
I have used the developpers kit and find the code lines where the mistakes were made, but I have no idea how to proceed from here.
The instructions in FAQ say to use a certain path to override the template, and to upload, and there I am lost.
I know which path i must use but i don't know how.
I know i would have to upload the modifications but again i don't know how.
Any help would be greatly apreciated

Our website

The Developers Tool Kit tells you what file the text is in, and where in that file it appears. The idea is that you would download that file from the server using FTP, edit it in a text editor to change the text in question, then upload the file back to the server. Your override folders will be named 'theme128'.

i usually use FireFTP.

Now i need to find the access codes for the server :cool:
