Customised Banner, but can't figure out how I did it

Hi

I have a sidebox which I have customised to display the info shown below. However I can't for the life of me figure out what file I need to edit to recreate this. I have looked for the text "facebook_logo.jpg" in the developer's toolkit but it didn't find anything, and I also did a 'find in files' search for the "facebook_logo.jpg" in the complete set of files that I copied down from the web server - both searches returned nothing.

I specifically looked at the banner_box_all.php file in includes / modules / sideboxes, and the tpl_banner_box_all.php in templates / template_default / sideboxes, but neither of them contain anything that would display what I have in this box.

In Layout Boxes Controller, I switched sideboxes/banner_box_all.php to OFF and refreshed my page, and that sidebox stopped stopped being displayed, so I know for sure what layout box is controlling this. I just can't figure out how to recreate it in my new store!

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" id="contentMainWrapper">
  <tr>

 <td id="navColumnOne" class="columnLeft" style="width: 150px">
<div id="navColumnOneWrapper" style="width: 150px"><!--// bof: bannerboxall //-->
<div class="leftBoxContainer" id="bannerboxall" style="width: 150px">
<h3 class="leftBoxHeading" id="bannerboxallHeading">Slaney Flowers</h3>
<div id="bannerboxallContent" class="sideBoxContent centeredContent">Tel: (053) 9123341 <br /><br />Fax: (053) 9152710<br /><br /> <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a><br />

<br />
<a href="http://www.facebook.com/slaneyflowers" target="_blank"><img src="/images/banners/facebook_logo.jpg" style="float: left; width: 60px; height: 60px; margin-top: -6px;">Find<br />us on<br />Facebook</a><br /><br /></div></div>
<!--// eof: bannerboxall //-->

Any help greatly appreciated!!

WP.

Re: Customised Banner, but can't figure out how I did it

P.S. - sorry, I meant to say this is in the course of an upgrade from Ver 1.3.9f to Ver 1.5.

Re: Customised Banner, but can't figure out how I did it

Ok, got it working but now I don't understand how the original one ever worked!

In Ver 1.3.9f, I had created a banner called 'News at the side' (which was originally going to be used to display news updates). When I created that, instead of using one of the Banner Groups listed in the dropdown, I entered a new banner group called NewsBanner - I don't recall why I did this. There is no reference to NewsBanner in the Layout Boxes Controller.

In my Ver 1.5 test store, I created the banner with exactly the same settings - 'News at the side', 'NewsBanner' group, etc. Again, there is no reference to NewsBanner in the Layout Boxes Controller.

Then I noticed in the Banner manager for my 'News at the side' banner a note that said "NOTE: The banners_box_all sidebox will display the banners in their defined sort order". I wondered... I changed the Banner Group to 'BannersAll' and refreshed my store front and hey presto, my banner was displayed.

So I'm completely confused as to how it ever got displayed in Ver 1.3.9f. Can anyone explain how this could ever have worked?
