No credit card form during checkout?

No credit card form during checkout?

I'm going through the checkout pages to look at format, mistakes, etc.

The only payment method is credit cards via Authorize.net, which is setup in Admin.

When I get to Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information ...

Under the Payment Method section of the page, it just says "Credit Card". There is no form to fill out the credit card information.

I'm obviously missing something plain and simple ... would you point me in that direction, please.

Oh for pete's sakes!

I had the gateway mode for Authorize.net SIM set for onsite, but for some reason it reset itself to offsite.

Once I switched it back to onsite, the credit card form showed on the Payment page during checkout.

Seriously, how many times do I have to look at something before I actually see it?
