Shipping choice is ignored

When my customers go through checkout, it doesn't matter which shipping choice they choose, on the next page it will always show that the same one is selected so they can't use my other option.

What shipping modules are you using? :unsure:

Zone rates, is that what you mean?

What are the settings that you are using for it?

I have two zone rates set up;

If the customer selects the second (courier) option, it reverts to Royal Mail on the next page.

You might check on the Royal Mail support thread to see if there are conflicts between these modules ...

It's not the Royal Mail module, just zone rates that I've named that.
