Shipping Config Error in 150

Does anyone know why this error is appearing in my shipping mod?

"Shipping Configuration errors!
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #1 are invalid, please enter valid shipping parameters. Current setting will be overridden with default: 'regular;+'
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #2 are invalid."

ARGHHH what the heck does this mean and where do I go to fix it.

I've unistalled and re-installed. Updated the usps user Id. Called and switched to production server (with usps). Called back verified that the RateCalculator is turned on.

I've also, tried a few different settings in my admin/configuration/shipping-packaging/"Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight" section as well as the Medium to Large section.

I've also tried turning on and off all the other shipping modules, i.e. uninstalled [flat rate, table rate, per unit, per item etc.] and then tried re-installing them one at a time.

Is sounds like you were using the USPS Ratev4 and now are using the USPS for January 22, 2012 ... load the original v1.5, if that is the version of Zen Cart you are using:
/admin/modules.php

and that should remove the error messages ...

I, too am seeing this same error message in my Admin. I uninstalled USPS module, downloaded the original v1.5 module, installed it, and ...... no change. Still seeing "Shipping Configuration errors!

Ah, never mind.... Found the code block in admin/modules.php that controls this and changed it.

While we applaud your tenacity, voracity, and whatever city you live in, there should be another option than messing with code. Often times, that's going to just lead to more problems down the road.

Perhaps you'd like to prevail upon us the answers to the Posting Tips? That might make it a lot easier for someone to find the better solution. You might include the code change you made, as well.

Sounds like you were using USPS RateV4 by Marco then switched to USPS RateV3 where USPS RateV4 by Marco had code changes to the:
/your_secret_admin/modules.php

that have no meaning without USPS RateV4 by Marco installed ...
