I am having trouble integrating paypal to my cart...what information does paypal need to make them my credit card merchant?

FIRST, and MOST IMPORTANT, you need to upgrade your site to a newer version of Zen Cart, since yours has security problems. You're using a very old version which has been superceded by several newer releases in recent years.
As far as integrating PayPal, once you've upgraded your store, you'll be able to use your PayPal account to receive payments by simply following the instructions in your store's admin screens. You'll need to create a PayPal account with PayPal first.
But UPGRADE FIRST.
