Duplicate Categories and products

Hi, I duplicate categories and products showing in my template, can anyone help, if you look at the site you will see. https://www.inksandtoners.co.uk

I have not put lots of items in as of yet because i need to resolve this issue.

I don't see anything duplicated either. What specifically do you think is being duplicated?
