Replace header with apycom jQuery Menu Style 01 (flyout menu))

Hi Zenners!

I want to replace the header of my website http://www.easytechnology.gr/index.php?main_page=index&language=en with this header http://apycom.com/menus/1-yellow-green.html apycom jQuery Menu Style 01 , mainly because I want to have the categories in header with flyout look so the customer can navigate easier there.

Is it possible? Also want to have the search box, and login, checkout options just like the original header.
