Can I run Backup MYSQL Plugin v1.4 via cron job?

Hi All,

Is there a way to run the Backup MYSQL Plugin Vs 1.4 via cron job
..I have An automated store update happening at a specific time and I would like to back up for obvious reasons the DB right before the other action.

Any Ideas
