Suddenly seeing "Balance Due" with PayPal Express?
We're getting an error on Paypal Express orders that say there is a "balance due" instead of "amount applied." on the order details page, which also prints out on the invoice.
We have checked with Paypal and the funds have cleared and in our account. Could anyone please let us know why this would be happening all of a sudden and how to fix?
