Authorize.net Addon Not Accepting AMEX Disc

i have been using the authorize.net addon for about 3 months and it was easy to set up and works fine except it won't accept discover or american express.

my merchant account is set up right and i can accept these cards over the phone through a virtual terminal but my site won't process them.

any help?

Check Admin - Configuration - Credit Cards
