USPS RateV3 not working

I installed USPS RateV3 and followed the directions, in test mode it does nothing, it says to email usps to put it in production mode, I emailed usps and no response and neither test or production mode do anything, can someone tell me the best usps shipping addin to use with zencart that uses the actual live shipping costs from the usps site ?

unless I installed it incorrectly because I'm using the Mystic theme, I just put it in the includes folder not the admin, it said to put it in the includes so I did :)

Until you have confirmation from USPS that your account is active, it will not work ...

You can also call USPS up until 11:00 pm and get them to activate your account for the Production server ...

Call USPS 1-800-344-7779 (7:00AM to 11:00PM ET)
