Change admin page titles on several pages?

Hi There,

I would like to put change the page title on a few pages in the admin. I would like it to say "Orders" or "Invoice" or "Customers"...

Can anybody tell me how I might be able to do this?

If I wanted to do that I would look into admin/includes/languages/english.php or perhaps into the admin/includes/languages/english/ folder itself. I'm not certain because I've never wanted to do that, but I suspect that's where the titles are defined.
