USPS shipping server is down

This should be:

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:0

This is probably not affecting anything, that is just how the setting should be for nothing to be added on the Tare ...

In the Modules ... Shipping ... are you using Sort Orders on any of your shipping modules? :unsure:

All three have the "Sort Order" column = 0

Also, in the Modules ... Shipping ... can you edit the USPS and turn on the International setting for:
Priority Mail International

for just a few minutes?

On the one that is disabled, is it disabled or NOT installed? If disabled, do a REMOVE on both the USPS shipping modules ... then INSTALL the real USPS January 22, 2012 and configure it ...

Changed the tare to 0:0
and the module now fails to load and there is no text or results displayed on the shopping cart page:

Also, could you go to the /cache on your server via FTP and see if you are getting debug logs ... if so, what do the current ones say?

Unfortunately, no.
This thing is hosted by Godaddy.

Is there a way I can get back up and running with flat rate shipping

For example,

One product : $x
2 product $y
3 product $z

but only for Domestic, for International I would still want to use FedEx

I'd speak to your Hosting provider and ask what they have broken on your server and explain that it is intermittent ...

Is there something unique to the comm between Zen and the USPS?
I'm really not familiar with it enough to speak with the godaddy folks. You know how ....limited they are...you usually need to lead them to the answer

On the phone with godaddy now, of course they instantly want to blame scripting issues in Zen Cart. This is going to be painful

Are you aware of other zen carts on godaddy that you can check?
