If i take out zones, the ckeckout_shipping page show blank,
But PayPal works fine,
Zone name is Unite States, detail with states but not included island and Amy force,

Yes, i use 1-24-2014 replaced old one,
It seems not working,( removed old one, install and configure again) and there are no logs created, is that possible somewhere else to find log?
