Turning off the header in pop up windows

Hi, I'm trying to update the cart for my client. When you click on an image and have it open in a new window, the header will show above the product. Is there a way to turn off the header so just the image shows? Not sure where to turn it off in the admin.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Turning off the header in pop up windows

That's definitely not the standard behaviour of Zen Cart image pop-ups. You can either put back the original code for this (which I think is a javascript) or you could install something like Zen Lightbox, which gives a much better pop-up experience anyway. You can see the standard ZC pop-up behaviour in any product on my wholesale site (link in my sig below), and you can see Zen Lightbox in my retail site.

Re: Turning off the header in pop up windows

There are quite a few "not good" things about your setup, and you need to get Metal Spark to address these. It looks like some standard behaviour has been overwritten with some crude hacks, and additionally they have made the cardinal error of customising the CLASSIC template.

When I see this level of incompetence, my first advice to a zencart owner is to demand a full refund - because anyone selling services for zencart design MUST know the basic rules. And this is one of the most basic rules - and it has been completely ignored. This indicates that the "developer" is probably incompetent in every other area of zencart, and has probably made a hash of a lot of other things.

Go ask for a refund...
