Files saying v150 but Admin area is saying 1.3.9h

Files saying v150 but Admin area is saying 1.3.9h

When I installed ZenCart it said it was the new version v1.5. But when I log into the Admin area it is saying I am presently using v1.3.9. IS there a reason for this? How do I know which version I actually have? Why are my files saying v1.5?

What EXACTLY does it say?
There are two parts: the files and the database. If your files are saying 1.5.0 but your database is saying 1.3.9h then you've imported an old database which needs upgrading.
