When I set SQL Cache to 'file', I can’t see the whole page, what is the reason?

zencart 1.38a

In my website, when I open the SQL cache, I can’t see the whole page, what is the reason?
Below is my operation process:
I modified the “\includes\configure.php”and “\admin\includes\configure.php”.In the last 2 lines of the files, I modified “none” to “file”, and I changed the cache directory into the current service configuration:

define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'file');
define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/www/zen-cart/cache').

And then I modified the cache folder property into 777.

Now I try to open my website, but all the web pages could show only the parts above horizontal menu. May I ask the reason?

Thank you for your kind help.

Re: When I set SQL Cache to 'file', I can’t see the whole page, what is the reason?

margarita9:

define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'file');
define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/www/zen-cart/cache').

Does that code actually look like that with a full stop at the end, it should be a semi colon like below

define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'file');
define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/www/zen-cart/cache');

The last mark in the server is ";", the code is not copied completely.
Is there another way?
Thank you!
