Calculating Shipping - First Item a Set Cost, Each Additional Item $1.00 Per Item

I am trying to set up my shipping module. Currently, I charge a flat rate of $6.00 for the first item shipped and each additional item is $1.00. Can I set this up in Zen-Cart and how do I do it? Thank you for any help you can give me.
