Tax not add to some customers

Hi there

I have a problem with tax counting at total price
some customer it shows correctly
some customer it shows 0 (means no tax at all)

all customers profiles are correct (registered or approval)

i review the invoice some customer has tax (FL .07%) some has 0% on invoice (what happen on my zen-cart)
please help ASP ....

never mind i got it

1. check out Admin/Configuration/Minimum Values (order of value column as 2,3,2,10,4,4,0,5,4,2,3,5,3,10,3,50,1,1)
2. define Admin/Configuration/Customer Details (order of value column as true, false, false, true, true, true, US, false, 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, customers_authorization, false, false, false, false, 0)
3. make sure Admin/Locations/Taxes correct on your store zone
4. included tax rates
   the problem no tax on some customer is she/he profile missing some short info such as state or zone So, zen-cart taxes calculation consider they are out of state then No Tax.....

after i check up and modify the register form and our customers profile everything (taxes) work correctly

i hope it will helpful to someone (but that is not only way to puzzle it may be it has alternatively way to do it make sure and research more if necessarily to your concern)
