Guest Checkout: TEXT_CHECKOUT_LOGOFF_GUEST?

In the checkout_success.php code there is the define(TEXT_CHECKOUT_LOGOFF_GUEST). My questions is how do I activate Checkout as Guest in v1.50?

I'd really like to offer this to customers.

Despite that define, Checkout As Guest isn't part of the 1.5.0 core code. Search the Free Software Add Ons for cowoa.
