product pictures cannot be captured by Polyvore

Hi,

I am trying to put together a page with Polyvore (polyvore.com). To setup a page, Polyvore let's you capture a picture from an on-line store where it captures the picture, the address of the page, item title and price, and you place this capture on the page layout with their drag and drop on-line setup. To perform this, they provide you a browser bookmarklet that you can drag and drop on your browsers tool bar. After publishing the page, visitors to your Polyvore page are able to click on the picture from the layout, once clicked they are transported directly to the item page in the on-line store. This can be a great advertizing and selling possibilities by bringing more visitors to your store.

But, I faced a problem while setting it up:

I cannot capture a picture from my zencart store, but I have no problem capturing from other non-zencart stores. Looks like a zencart side problem. Is it a permission issue with the store setup? Or a permission issue with the server folder/file permission setup? My zencart is v1.39f .

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
