cash on delivery error

I have customzed and configured zencart cash on delivery method and the checkout_succsess page is not loading, but the order no and the confirmation e-mail is also generating succsessfully. can anybody help me on this if needed i can provide with the php files ? this is instaled in windows xampp server ...
