Footer Menu is not linking properly

the menu in the footer is not hyperlinked properly. it all keeps going back to the main page. Does anybody know why?

In spite of the heavily customized tpl_footer.php, the links are still being created in /includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_ezpages_bar_footer.php as usual, so we now need to see the code in that file.

embedded in a PHP file indicates that you have edited files yourself... no packaged mod or template could know the ez-page id of a policy page.

Why do you have the link addresses stored here?
