problem importing (or saving locally) csv files

Hi Guys..
I'm tearing my hairs out one by one here.. please help!
using EP 4 I am exporting csv, opening it in excel, adding my products and "saving as..." csv.
it drops alot of "'s so all i'm getting is a big mess..
anyone can help me with that?

Ok, update, I used CALC instead of excel, however now it puts "" all over..
darn it! can someone please tell me, how do i create a file that i can import to EP from scratch using excel or similar?

I think Chad (author of EP4) needs to reformat its function to use TAB DELIMITED rather than CSV.
CSV as a delimiting format is not ideal, because so much of the product description text can contain commas and double quotes, which confuses the field delimiters.

He has indicated this is possible on the thread for 1.2.5.4. I might take a look at it...
