Difference between Paypal Express Checkout and Website Payments Standard?

Difference between Paypal Express Checkout and Website Payments Standard?

I am currently using Paypal Website Payments Standard - IPN as my only payment module. What is the difference between using that versus Paypal Express Checkout? I would like to eliminate the customer having to enter their address on my site and would like to just use the address they have set up in Paypal. Will Paypal Express Checkout do that for me? Do I disable Website Payments Standard then?
