Capped and discounted shipping
Sorry if im duplicating anyone but ive looked until my eyeballs hurt for the answer to this one. I would dearly love anyone to tell me how to:
one item - x.xx delivery
two items - x.xx + 55% of second delivery charge
total delivery charged capped at £yy.yy
