Footer woes - big opp for me, I need help.

I have come a long way with Zen, but I am now totally stuck. My footer is not displaying properly. I had created a good portion of the design work on a friend's server for testing, and now I'm adding it to my client's server.

I had no trouble installing, but my footer is no longer functioning to show the EZ Page links. This is the one I am stuck on:

I am a newer startup web dev sole prop. that is a little overwhelmed with learning while working. I've spent hours tinkering and searching the internet with no success. This site job is huge for me and I'm approaching my deadline. Please help me out, it is greatly appreciated!!!

The UPPERCASE text in the footer indicates that you are missing a language define file (and possibly others) for the Footer Menu mod you are trying to install. Go back and make sure you have uploaded all the files for the mod correctly.

Newish to Zen, I'm having major issues. I wiped that install and am now installing again (third time? Maybe fourth?). crazy face

Do you know if there is any easy way to simply put the stuff I did on one server on another server? As in, are there files I'd need to alter after doing so? That would be prime. I tried installing then overwriting with the entire catalog contents from the old server. If you could help, I'd be MOST grateful.
