unconfirmed paypal address

Hi All,

Im having a few problems with paypal payments, when someone buys an item of my website through paypal, i get the order then check paypal for confirmed/unconfirmed address details, every single order through paypal is for some reason unconfirmed, but when ringing paypal to check they say the customer has a confirmed delivery and billing address on their system??, paypal have told me its my website software that the fault, anyone else having this problem?, i dont want to send items out to unconfirmed addresses if i can help it.

version i have is

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

paypal confirms addresses not your server so how can it be a fault with your server? I think they're giving you the run-around.

First thing you need to do is upgrade to a secure version of Zen Cart. Yours contains serious security problems.
