drop down menu items not showing on admin page
Hi, I'm troubleshooting an installation that shows the main menu links on the admin menu (ie: Configuration
Catalog
Modules
Customers
Locations / Taxes
Localization
Reports
Tools
Gift Certificate/Coupons
Extras)
but when I mouse over links it will not show the drop down menu items and if I click on the link it will not show the vertical drop down nav links in left column of admin page. Any ideas? The querystring using is alt_nav.php?zenAdminID= to give you an idea of what version it is an the working installation query string is ?gID=. When I click on the version link it will automatically log me out. My assumption is that it is a corrupted installation.
