is there an addon for auto-sending a cart's username and pwd ,after payment

this function is for website selling recharging card or something providing username and pwd.

first ,i think
1:first it need to create a table for store these card's usernames and pwds.
2:get and add it to email's content,use the auto-send email function to send it after completing payment.
3:update the table by delete the sent record or change the status of the sent record.
