Choosing a zone disables the table rate.
I want to ship only within my country (NZL)
I am using table rates but when I choose the zone "New Zealand" in Shipping>Table Rate, it disables the table rate (goes from green to yellow) and no shipping option is presented in the cart.
If I choose the "none" zone in the shipping>table rate module it activates the shipping (goes green and shows up in the cart) but also allows international sales, which I want to deny.
Any ideas?
